Shipping & Returns

This policy applies to ready-to-wear purchases made through orilune.ca. All prices and shipping charges are in Canadian dollars.

Order processing

In-stock orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a shipping update when your order is dispatched.

Shipping rates

Canada-wide standard shipping is $15.00. Standard shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal reaches $180.00 or more, before tax.

Standard shipping to the United States is $25.00. International duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees assessed at delivery are the customer's responsibility.

Estimated delivery

After dispatch, standard delivery is generally 3–7 business days within Canada and 5–10 business days to the United States. Rural, remote, and cross-border destinations may require additional time. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed.

Returns

Eligible ready-to-wear items may be returned within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free from scents or marks, and returned with all original tags and packaging.

To request a return, email info@orilune.cawith your order number and the item you wish to return before sending the parcel. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-returnable items

Final-sale items, gift cards, customised or made-to-order pieces, and items that do not meet the return conditions above cannot be returned. For hygiene reasons, certain accessories may also be final sale where identified on the product page.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where Orilune sent a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

Direct exchanges are subject to stock availability. The fastest option is usually to return the eligible item and place a new order for the preferred size or colour.
